I believe in common sense and being fair in business. If I make a mistake, I'll make good on my mistake and apologize. But I also expect the same from customers.
My books and other items are sold via Big Cartel custom online store. If there is a payment dispute, contact me first and I will work with Big Cartel to solve the problem.
I accept returns on all of my books and other items within 10 days of your receipt of them via the USPS. I add delivery confirmation to all of my shipped items and will help you track an item if it's late being delivered. You must contact me first if you want to return something. And your reason must be legitimate. Check the FAQ for detailed info. Usually, you will receive a refund in the same form you paid for the item. So if you used Paypal, you'll receive a Paypal refund. If you used Stripe, you'll receive a Stripe refund.
